We hired Mary Anne to draw our new home in 3D. The builder gave us floor plans and exterior elevations on a model home that was compatible with our preferences. The 3D images she provided made it much easier to envision and tailor to our specific desires. Mary Anne shared specific suggestions on how the entire first floor could be improved. She reorganized the kitchen layout, enlarged the laundry room, rerouted the pantry entrance, adjusted door swings, enlarged the master shower, repositioned the front windows and more. We implemented the changes and viewed them in 3D. It looked amazing! We highly recommend Mary Anne for her space planning guidance and her trained expertise. We could have never done this on our own.

Mary Anne designed my new kitchen and the open floor plan for my condo. She helped me select cabinets, countertop, flooring, lighting and other fixtures. I love the way it all came together.
