The vintage door was from the 1940's. The sides were damaged so my carpenter trimmed and stained the ends. The handle was handmade from Hollow Creek Welding via Etsy. It covered the existing holes. The addition of the round window added so much light.

Let there be Light

The homeowners' master bath was dark, dated and oddly arranged. We gutted the space and reorganized the floorplan to take advantage of the vast square footage. The double window by the bathtub replaced a single window that had glass block. The round window was added on the South wall to bring in more light. The ceiling was painted white and the light gray wall color helped transform the space. The chandelier and vintage door added some old world charm. The closet is a walk in, with shallow shelving on the right for shampoo and toiletries and deep shelving on the left for

linens and towels.  DON COCHRAN PHOTOGRAPHY

This large Master bathroom was reconfigured with extra storage, counter space and finish selections to take advantage of the square footage and window views. We added a walk in pantry that easily stored linens and as well as smaller items behind the vintage door.
